Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before the scheduled arrival.
• For cancellations made later than 28 days before arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

Liability and Additional Fees:

• The host reserves the right to charge full compensation for any damage caused to the property, its contents, or its surroundings.
• A fee of €100 is charged for lost keys.
• If a lockout occurs and the maintenance company is required to open the door, a fee of €60 will be charged.
• A fee of €80 will be charged for a damaged travel cot.

Limitations of Liability:

• The host is not responsible for short-term service interruptions caused by natural conditions, power outages, or technical failures (e.g., internet, TV services, or outdoor hot tub).
• Use of the outdoor hot tub is at the guest's own risk, and the host is not liable for any personal injury.
• Guardians are always responsible for the safety of children at the property, especially regarding stairs, the fireplace, and the hot tub.
