House rules

  • Check-in and Check-out: The property is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Main Power Switch: Upon arrival, please set the main power switch located next to the front door to the "At Home" (kotona) position.
  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. In Chalet apartments, this prohibition also applies to balconies.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect other residents by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Parties: Our properties are not rented for parties or social events.
  • Pets: Please inquire about pet-specific rules separately when making your reservation.
  • Keys and Security: Keys or access codes must not be shared with outsiders. A fee of €100 will be charged for lost keys.
