This 118m² villa is situated on a stunning hillside plot by Lake Hankavesi. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious living room bring the surrounding lake landscape into the interior, and a heat-retaining fireplace completes the atmosphere.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 people in four bedrooms (including a loft area). The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Relaxation is crowned by a stylish sauna section with rain showers and a large 90 m² terrace with an atmospheric outdoor fireplace and an outdoor hot tub included in the accommodation price.

• Equipment for children: The villa has a travel cot (note: please bring your own linens) and a high chair.
• Parking and EV charging: There is a parking space with a heating post in the yard. Charging an electric car from the heating post is strictly prohibited, but the nearest charging point is located in the Ähtäri Zoo parking area (approx. 400 m).
• Smooth everyday life: The villa has two toilets, which facilitates the morning routines of larger groups.
  

Thanks to the central location, most attractions and hobby opportunities are easily reachable on foot. For those arriving by car, free private parking is available directly in the villa's yard.

Villa Luppo is located in the heart of the Ähtäri tourism area, in a peaceful location but still within walking distance of all services.
